Meet for quiet Morning Pages by the pool and begin the day with a creative release. Accompanied by a peaceful soundscape, a pastel colored sky, fresh fruit, hydration elixirs, mushroom coffees & matcha.
8:30AM — GROUP KUNDALINI + MEDITATION
Our daily practice is led by Tonya in the tranquil outdoor yoga studio overlooking the sea. Together we’ll embark on a transformative journey to fortify our nervous system, dissolve subconscious barriers, open our hearts, and cultivate vibrant auras that magnetize abundance.
9:30AM — BREAKFAST
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast, brimming with an abundantly curated selection of fresh, locally sourced Greek ingredients designed to nourish and energize your body for the day ahead. Take your time luxuriating, connecting, and letting new revelations percolate.

11AM— COMMUNE WITH NATURE
Each day presents a new opportunity to connect with the beauty of the island and find solace in its natural wonders. Join us for guided silent hikes to breathtaking vistas, a private sailing trip to discover hidden coves and crystalline waters, and come together to bathe in the healing waters at pristine secret beaches.
3PM— DAILY WORKSHOP
Centred around the healing arts and transformational esoteric practices , each day focuses on a new topic to explore through an immersive guided workshop and discussion. These settings provide a nurturing space for reflection, growth, and connection, allowing you to deepen your understanding of yourself and cultivate practices that support your well-being and personal evolution. Use Tonya & Rachel as your personal resources to ask questions about life, love, business, and spirituality.
5PM — OPEN PLAY
Rest & reflection are integral aspects on the RESET experience. We encouraging lots of time to enjoy the present moment and explore the wonders of the land on your own time. Allow your body and mind to receive the medicine of the land and allow your spirit the chance to rest.

7PM— FAMILY STYLE DINNER
Each evening we will share an authentic family style Greek meal in the glow of the sunset to connect, unwind, and share the revelations of the day in the company of kindred spirits. Expect long tables overflowing with beautiful, nourishing foods, inspiring conversations, and fully belly laughs as we soak up the charming atmosphere of the small villages and seaside tavernas of the island.
9PM — INWARD TIME
Take an evening dip under the stars, sip on a sleepytime elixir, immerse yourself in self-care, and then crawl into bed to prepare for the magic and surprises in store for tomorrow.

During the retreat, we're privileged to collaborate with Zoja Smutny, a local guide and energy healer, to deliver an authentic Greek journey of the mind, body, and spirit. Steward of the wellness center at Anemi, Zoja embodies a profound connection to the land, infusing her meticulously crafted healing practice with the essence of the powerful Greek landscape. She’ll guide us on meditative hikes along ancient trails and afternoons swimming in secluded coves as we immerse ourselves in the rhythms of the earth. Each guest receives a complimentary reiki healing session from Zoja upon arrival to deeply sink in and prepare their body and spirit to receive.
From morning kundalini sessions amidst majestic vistas to sunset rituals by the sea, we honour the sacred cycles of nature in every aspect of this experience. About Your Guides

Tonya Papanikolov is a Holistic Nutritionist, teacher, mystic and the Founder of Rainbo, a medicinal mushroom company. She is on a mission to change the way we heal our bodies, mind and planet. Embarking on her healing journey when she was just a teen, Tonya has devoted her life's work to healing and the expansion of consciousness.
Finding her passion at the intersection of science and spirit, Tonya fuses western and eastern modalities using knowledge gained from her studies in holistic nutrition, kundalini yoga, esoteric wisdom, a B.Sc. in Nutrition Science and her Master of Science in Mind-Body Medicine. She practices and teaches Kundalini yoga and meditation.
Tonya is passionate about empowering people with knowledge and guidance. She actively creates a life of freedom, play, rest, creativity and impact. She believes healing comes from a balanced nervous system and a deep connection with the Earth.

Rachel Saunders is a ceramicist and designer hailing from Salt Spring Island, Canada. A room of your own.
The spacious Solo Suite comes with one king size bed, a comfortable seating and dining area, writing desk, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Each has its own cute veranda perfect for relaxing and reflecting throughout the retreat.

DELUXE SUITE
Shared between 2.
Every Deluxe Room is a fairytale setting, measuring approximately 35 square meters and offering views of green and cyan. They provide two single beds, a comfortable seating and dining area, as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub or shower. Each suite comes with its own private veranda. Share with a friend or make a new one.

JUNIOR SUITE
Shared between 3.
The Junior Suites have 2 single beds and one sofa bed with a separate sliding door-seating and dining area, spacious bathroom with a bathtub or shower, and a private veranda with gorgeous views. A great economical option when coming with friends or to here make new ones.

Select your room option upon booking, and we’ll send all additional details once confirmed. After receiving your email, we will follow up with additional information and a payment link via Stripe. A 2.9% processing fee will be added to each order. We are happy to offer payment plans upon request.

Simplicity is part of the magic when enjoying a Grecian island. Remember to leave room for souvenirs or purchases you may make during your trip!
June is a very special time to visit Greece with highs of about 30°C/86°F and lows of 19°C/66°F. Rain is not common, but always possible. Folegandros is part of the Cyclade Islands and is know to have strong winds.
To pack:
1. Lightweight clothing suitable for warm weather, including shorts, T-shirts, and sundresses.
2. Swimwear for enjoying the beautiful beaches.
3. Comfortable walking shoes or sandals for exploring and running or hiking shoes if you wish to participate in the guided adventures. Running shoes are recommended for all hikes.
4. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect against the sun.
5. Light layers for cooler evenings, such as a light jacket or sweater.
6. Toiletries, medications and personal care items.
7. Travel-sized first aid kit with essentials like bandaids, pain relievers, and motion sickness medication.

9. A camera to capture memories.
10. Travel documents, including passport & travel insurance.

Folegandros is a small island in the Cyclades situated next to Santorini and requires a ferry there and back. We recommend that you take a ferry from either Athens or Santorini
Folegandros is connected with Piraeus port of Athens and also connected directly with several other islands such as Ios, Santorini, Milos, Mykonos, Amorgos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos and more. Many guests choose to visit an island before or after our retreat dates.
In most cases, we recommend flying into Athens and catching the ferry from Piraeus Port to Folegandros. Please note you will need to arrive to Greece at least one day before catching the morning ferry to Folegandros, and we recommend arriving even earlier if coming from outside of Europe to reduce jet lag. We are here to support you in booking your flights and aligning your timing to ensure smooth sailing to this charming island.

The retreat will host up to 16 people and foster a healthy balance of connection & intimacy as well as personal solo time
Folegandros, nestled in the heart of the Cyclades, boasts a reputation for being one of the safest and most tranquil islands in Greece, but as with any travel, always use common sense and your intuition.
Each day we will be embarking on some form of moderate exercise such as hiking and swimming.
If sharing a room, you are able to request who you’d like to be with, or we are happy to match you with someone we think will be a good fit.
Most meals will be entered around the authentic Mediterranean diet, consisting of vegetables, fruits, herbs, nuts, beans, whole grains, and seafood. All dietary needs are welcomed and can be accommodated.
Please note there is no hospital on Folegandros but there is a walk-in clinic
